San Mateo Gymnastics firmly believes in the motto "The Power of a Team."  With the understanding that creating one of the best teams and gym clubs takes respect and teamwork from the club, coaches, parents and athletes.

San Mateo Gymnastics offers Competitive Teams at all levels as prescribed by USA Gymnastics for both boys and girls.  Our coaching staff includes internationally renowned coaches from all over the world.

Our facility houses all of the Olympic equipment for men and women, in addition to in-ground foam pits, trampolines and a TumbleTrak.

We offer a full competitive program following USA Gymnastics Level 4 through Elite for both men and women.  The athletes compete in State, Regional, National and International competitions.  We also have a full range of pre-competitive and recreational programs for beginners.
